    i have internet access. But when trying to go play online it keeps popping up saying im unable to access online services

    xbox live

    loaded up call of duty black ops i can connect to my friends party and talk with him whilst he is online playing multiplayer but for some reason when i try connecting to online services it would just keep loading then tells me to visit www.callofduty.com/blackops2/statusforupdates
    i have done that but it tells me all is up and running therefore i reset my connection and my wifi box then tested my connection and all connect but then says their is a problem connecting to online services. Is Xbox Live Multiplayer down?

    Method 2: Check the status of Xbox Live and Activision.

    Method 3: Clear Persistent Storage.

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

    2. Select Settings.

    3. Select All Settings.

    4. Select Disc & Blu Ray.

    5. In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.

    6. Select Clear Persistent Storage.

    7. Restart your Xbox One console. Try to access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

    Method 4: Clear MAC Address.

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

    2. Select Settings.

    3. Select All Settings.

    4. Select Network.

    5. Select Network settings.

    6. Select Advanced settings.

    7. Select Advanced MAC address.

    8. Select Restart. Try to access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

    Method 5: Remove and re-add Microsoft account on Xbox One.
