Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure that you're signed in under the account where the game was purchased. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if it's showing from there stated as "completed".

Once confirmed, remove and re-add your account by following the steps below:

REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

ADD ACCOUNT​​​

​​​

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​

I just removed my profile from my XBOX one account and then added it back in with no problem. When I go to play a 360 game and try to download my profile, it keeps telling me that the password is not correct. Please advise.

now it's Rise of Nightmares!! I'm logged in with my profile (offline) and it tells me that no profile is logged in so the game can't be saved!! I can't even continue my previous game! Please, please tell me how to fix this!

i have been in to my games and apps having signed in as him. The game is showing as installed but when you open the game i get the same error.

I have found that if he first logs in as me, then logs in as him (two users logged in) he can then play as his profile. If he logs my profile out even whilst playing the game under his profile the game stops and goes back to the same error. If he keeps both
profiles going and i log in to my profile on another xbox one (therfore logging my profile out of his xbox) it seems to work.

Very strange

Dark Souls 2 and Far Cry classic will be the only games i will be buying after next Gen launches, I still have Skyrim to play plus 20 games in my back log to keep me busy.
