I keep losing my game progress.

Discus and support I keep losing my game progress. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I’ve lost 10+ hours on psychonauts 2 and even with my ultimate subscription I can’t seem to restore my progress.     I keep losing my game progress.


    I’ve lost 10+ hours on psychonauts 2 and even with my ultimate subscription I can’t seem to restore my progress. Can anyone help?

    Would this remove my games and progress? I have just bought a game and don't want to lose my money. Hard resetting it removes the games but keeps them on the account but if you remove the account as well would you lose the games?

    Hello there!

    If you always play online, then your progress is saved to the cloud so you should not be losing any of it. Therefore, when you select "reset and keep games and apps", you will not be losing your saved progress.
