Discus and support i keep losing my connection for bingo and I loss all my bingo's. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Microsoft Bingo support team, I keep losing my connection and I lost all my bingo's and bags.     i keep losing my connection for bingo and I loss all my bingo's.


    Microsoft Bingo support team, I keep losing my connection and I lost all my bingo's and bags. Why can you not fix this problem?

    Every time my connection is gone during the game...

    When I'm playing Bingo many times the connection is gone. So I cannot make the bingo's, cannot get my price...

    bingo not paying up

    I was playing bingo and had at least 3 good bingo's and 7 bingo's was left to get but then it kept calling numbers and not moving the bingo's called. After covering all but one number it stopped and said to go to rewards screen. Couldn't get to that screen
    and then went to start the next game. I lost all my bingo credits plus credits for powerup and to open luggage. What happened and give me my credits. I had at least 3 good bingos before it got stuck.

    seems that connection is a problem with a lot of us bingo players also I am losing bingo credits and not getting the second round suv. and I do not get credit for my silver status can someone hear me now.

    I cant call valid bingos

    Having the same problem.

    W8.1x64,

    Acer Iconia W700,

    From the very beginning,

    Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
    as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

    XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.

    Mine keeps disconnecting also, its great, NOT!

    I lost a lot of tickets, coins and keys because of this!!! It says connecting to server, but it stays there, im forced to close down the app because i cant do anything else.

    When im ingame or in the results screen, and it disconnects, i lose my wins/bingos/power balls and bingos/ keys, coins and tickets.

    Ive bought coins and i didnt buy them to lose them because of your *** servers!!

    Bingo keeps giving me a server connection error message and doesn't respond.

    All is good at my connection. Happens very often.
