    I keep losing connection to games even though it still says I am connected 2 the internet & ...


    So recently I have changed my gamertag and ever since that happened I struggled to connect to online services of games like FIFA and black ops 3. When I do connect I always getting an error saying I have lost connection to their servers like a couple minutes
    later, even though I am still connected to Xbox live and everything on the Xbox is connected to the Internet. I don't know how to fix this, I have restarted my router many times, clear my Xbox cache and deleted and re-added my profile to the Xbox. None of
    this worked so I went on another account and the problems are still occurring on the other accounts. Can someone tell me how to fix this.

    I keep losing connection to Xbox live and when that happens I check my internet and it says im connected

    Xbox on Windows 10 "needs an internet connection."

    Every time I try to connect to the Xbox app on Windows 10 it says it needs an internet connection even though the PC is connected to the internet.

    Thank you. None of that works. It sees my router,The connection test confirms I am connected but somehow Xbox Live Services says I am not connected to internet even though the internet connection test says I am.

    I am having the same problem but it is with every EA sports game and I cannot connect to the EA servers even though I have internet connection.

    Most probably not, because they cannot track your game time if you are not connected to the internet.

    Some websites I use can't even track my game time if I am hiding offline, even though I am connected to xbox live.
