I keep lagging out of every game i play and party chat every 20 minutes

My son has the xbox one and we have fibre optic broadband but, he is having the same problem, he gets so frustrated when it starts lagging threatened to smash his xbox up. My other son has the xbox one also but, it is not happening to him so much. Is it
the servers or what

Well im still bummed up by this lag even after vacation and ive been playing xbox live for around 2 years with the same isp and nothing happened until this random day, it starts lagging me out every like 5 minutes. my connection has been compatible with
xbox live so i know for sure its not my isp's fault nor is it microsoft's fault. i just really want to know if theres any other way to fix this issue instead of upgrading my internet speed connection just for xbox live. thx.

Hey mate, that connection speed test is based entirely on your connection. It has nothing to do with the device it's tested on. Is your neighbor on the same ISP as you? If so, that would explain why you're both experiencing the same issue. You will need
to call your ISP to discuss a stronger connection for Xbox LIVE.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Check your overall bandwidth and connection speed by following the steps on our Xbox Live Slow Performance Solution page.
  
• Disconnect any third-party headsets.
• Unplug the power cable from the back of your router/modem.
• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Leave the console unplugged for 5 minutes and plug in your console.
• Plug in your router/modem.
• Power on your console.

Yh i'm having extreme issues in which i could possibly move to PS just because of it. I lag out of parties every other minute with the message "due to network limitations, you can't join party chat right now (0x807a1007)". My friends have the same issue
sometimes but i seem to get it more. The second problem is i simply can not play online. Every game i play seems to lag so much making the games unplayable. In Destiny i shoot things without handing out any damage and then the enemy warps elsewhere or i'm
simply dead. In Fifa 15 the game simply freezes then lags me out or it lags every other second again making the game unplayable. I've spoken to both microsoft and my ISP and both came back less than useful. I did port forwarding opening up ports 88, 3074,
53, 80, 500, 3544 and 4500. did the persitant storage X3 then Alternative Mac address then clear and restart. They both didnt work so xbox didnt help at all. I spoke to my ISP in which they asked me my speeds etc. Both of which are good apparently and are
hitting 40mbps without a problem or spike. I'm sincerly lost for what to do now. My xbox one is virtually unusable making me waste a significant amount of money in buying one.
