I Keep Getting Xbox 1 Messaging Suspended

I've been playing battlefield 1 recently, and I mainly play pilot. One of my teammates stole my plane and killed me with it, so I messaged him kindly asking him/her to stop. The player sent me a hate message in return. So, I reported the message, explained
what happened, but nothing happened and he was still being unsportful. So, I sent him a salty message and now I am messaging-suspended for a week. Why does reporting other players not work, and is there a way I can tell Microsoft support this? Thanks!

Can't message

hey I can't message on Xbox live it keep coming up with error message saying "check your account messaging isn't working for your account" I don't know what to do. I'm not suspended from messaging. Can you please help

I keep getting suspended

Okay in august I recieved a suspension and I was okay with that i deserved it but now for no reason xbox keeps renewing my suspension, so basically the suspension is still going when it should've ended in september. It is a garbage system and I bet other
people have it too, it makes me frustated and want to go sell my xbox and get a Ps4 instead, if anyone knows how to fix this mess PLEASE tell me

This is what got you suspended. You should have simply blocked him and cut off all further contact (block, mute) after sending the report. Enforcement looks over the entire conversation and issues consequences on whoever breaks the Code of Conduct.

Reports can take days or even weeks before they get reviewed by an actual Enforcement team member, due to the volume of submissions they get every day.

Xbox Support does not handle suspension-related issues, and neither does the community on the Support forums. You can go to

You wont get an answer from the enforcement team as they do not use the forums.

If you keep getting suspended for the same messages then my advice would be to stop sending the messages because if you keep getting suspended for the same thing you will just end up getting permanently banned.

It's a glitch that's been happening for over a year. I get it all the time. As long as you can sign in to play and there's nothing listed on the enforcement site, you're not actually suspended.

Try checking your email associated with your xbox account. Usually if your suspended they notify you through email on their reason. Try keeping it positive when messaging players. Anything inappropriate can get you suspended. If this was your first warning
you should only be suspended for the next 24 hours. Hope this helps.
