i keep getting worse bans

So on Thursday i got a communication ban for messaging someone "kys u took my kill" and it isn't a huge deal but the next day i got an online ban, then the day after i get an email saying i have a communication ban for a month, then i applied the case for
review and the response didnt acknowledge that i said i wanted him to kill himself IN THE GAME not in real life obviously, and it said i have a communication ban for 100 days. but when i checked the enforcement history, it still said ill be unbanned november
10th and i still don't know whether ill be unbanned then or in 100 days. also, saying kys even as smack talk should not be an offense that should get u banned, i think u should definitely get banned if u make a legitimate threat, but not telling someone to
kill themselves IN A VIDEO GAME, thats based around killing each other.

what's the point giving out one day bans for getting reported and then them getting nothing when they said worse

If you got a 100 day ban, you will be unsuspended after the 100 days is up.

Smack talk, or any comments on Live, are all subject to the
Code of Conduct.

 

100 day suspensions do not show up on the enforcement site & can not be appealed.

They are issued when the enforcement team discover multiple violations of the ToU/CoC someone has committed.

 

then how did this guy i reported a few days ago not get banned? he said "u missed u f*cking retard" and i reported the message and he did not get banned
