    i keep getting this pop up when ever i try to buy overwatch please help


    i keep getting a message that says TRY THAT AGAIN something happened at our end. waiting a bit might help BBcvp+5PaOaVuzss.56 i have been getting this for about 5 hours now and i cant contact Microsoft because i had to change my contact
    email in order to try and contact them in the first place please help thanks

    Unable to play Overwatch

    Hi,

    I can't connect to Overwatch anymore. When I try to launch the game, a pop-up ask me if I have the physical disk or to buy it at the store. I have played this game for a solid 8 month and I never had this problem before. I bought it on an other account and
    now I can't connect to this other one.

    Please help me.

    xbox live cant sign in 800705b4

    Same thing here. Was playing Destiny fine this morning. Went to work, came home and tried to play again but I keep getting the same 800705B4 error. It's telling me that I can't connect to xbox live, but when I try to test my connection, it says I'm connected
    and all my online friends pop up. Someone please help!

    Have you tried to purchase the game via xbox.com and xbox console?

    If that results in the same issue then please check if all payment/billing information etc is correct at account.microsoft.com also check if any additional information is shown at the transactions that might indicate why the purchase is failing.

    If you can't find anything wrong then I would suggest contact Xbox Support (by Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) they can do a more indepth check on what could be causing this issue.

    The error message I keep getting is on the website aka.ma/remoteconnect. I can log in on my account on the xbox app and mcpe. When ever i try the website this pops up. I went on nintendos website and was told its on microsofts behalf.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your console.

    • Would you mind giving this a try?

    - Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
    - Unplug the console's power cord for 5 minutes. If you have the original Xbox One, you'll have to unplug the power supply unit from both the console and the outlet.
    - Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 5 minutes.
    - Plug everything back together and check if the issues persist.

    • If that doesn't work, I'd appreciate your answering the following questions:

    - May I ask which Xbox model you are using?

    - Is your console connected to the Internet via WiFi or network cable?

    - Besides your TV/monitor, are there any external devices plugged into your console?

    - Could you go to Settings > General > Network Settings, and let me know what you see under "Current Network Status"?
