    i keep getting an error code POLANA

    i keep getting an error code (POLANA) everytime i try to play call of duty infinite warfare multiplayer on xbox1. it says the game will now restart due to an update failure (error code POLANA)

    If you get the error code POLANA, it is very simple to fix. You do not need to unplug your router or anything like that.You will need to exit out of the game completely, go to settings, all settings, power and start up, if you have it on instant on then
    turn it to energy saving, press b, go to turn off or restart, it should be right next to power and startup mode in power and startup settings, select it then do full shutdown and fully shut down your xbox. Then turn it back on, go into IW and start up zombies
    and it should work.
