i keep getting this error when i start up my game (this is on ark from the windows store...

I have already tried this and it didnt work

It seems you are facing some network connection issues!

To check whether you're still connected:

1. Select the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen.
   
2. Select Settings, and then select Network & Internet.
   
3. Under Status, see if your network is connected.
   
4. If your network isn’t connected or if you're having connectivity problems, select Network and Sharing Center > Troubleshoot problems, and then follow the instructions.
   

I'm still getting this error on Ark Survival windows 10. Works fine on my xbox one but not on my pc. I have tried removing my account and adding it back, the game and windows 10 is fully updated, all my drivers are up to date. It's been 3-4 days
and still hasn't been fixed.

-Sign out your account from the Microsoft store

-Restart your computer

-Sign back in to your account in the Microsoft store

-Launch the game directly from the Microsoft store

We recently bought and installed ARK: Genesis Season Pass as well as Ark: Genesis part 1 but we are unable to play it. It says it is installed but it doesn't show up in my "Games". Or in my "All Owned Games." When I go to Manage Que, both games show up
under Recently Installed. When I click and open Ark: Genesis Part 1 from here (Que/Recently Installed) I get the "START" screen with the big A, but when I press START, I get to a screen that does not let me play the game. Anyone else have this problem? Can
you suggest a solution?

I got some space back but not the 140 GB from ark. The game shows up in the start menu and when i click on it it brings me to microsoft store. It says it inst downloading and it shows a download bar in the start menu all the way done.
