Discus and support I keep getting the same answers that dont fit the situation in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So there are a few people that are "so so very wonderful" they're names are: Ok fowl, Mistress sara, Daft badger. ah "such nice people" they keep...     So there are a few people that are "so so very wonderful" they're names are: Ok fowl, Mistress sara, Daft badger. ah "such nice people" they keep giving me the exact same answers for a different situation from the last one I had on an older account by the
    name of Rexfireball2003. They may look like they're providing solid evidence but they aren't, if Microsoft can't do their job very well by looking for reasons to suspend someone then why should I look toward enforcement.com for things that dont match up...hmm...oh
    I know why, I should look to them just to whine and get nothing out of it because theres no actual way of getting through to someone who could help on the terrible situation. Emails, calls, the 5-7 Micro websites just to get nothing out of it still. I love
    how people just never pay attention to the details but instead would rather pester someone with giving a crap answer repeatedly. And my last situation was about microsoft permanently suspending me for literally nothing but this one is about how someone posed
    as a micro employee and goes against the code of conduct and terms of services and not only that but if he is working there he could probably get fired because he treated a customer so poorly, I asked him just to stop spamming me because it was getting annoying
    and then he starts threatening to ban me thats, poor behavior for a grown a** man (he said was somewhere in his late 20's) oh and I should get suspended and him not? I'd love to see another spam from daft, fowl, and sara!

    i have been trying to purchase ms points for about 1 month ago using my paypal account and i keep getting the same pop-up saying: this payment method is not authorized plesae sellect a new one. I read other forums about people having the same problem and
    the answers i keep seeing is to check that the information is correct, the same thing i done and still get the same problem. please help and i dont have credit card

    Can't authorize payment method

    This is still not resolved, they keep requesting that I make the same account changes over and over again. I don't feel confident that this will ever be resolved as it has already been over 2 weeks and I keep getting the same answers.

    nevermind daft badger actually sent me something different thats truthful/factual so..big thanks to him for not being like the others who just copy and paste the same crap for everything listed under support (and no Im not being sarcastic this time!)

    you mean how they use Vulcan? You do realize that video is from the enforcement website right?

    Just because you don't like the answer doesn't mean it doesn't help you

    It doesnt matter who starts the fight it's your actions that affect your suspension

  6. it'd be a lot nicer if y'all could actually look at my posts instead of reading a comment or the first sentence then think right off the bat that you know wassup when you really dont! And Im tired of the whole typical media behavior where whoever is seeking
    help gets criticized and told that they're lying, you may not actually be saying directly that Im a liar but truly in the context that you guys are basically saying Idk the rules and that Im a liar and that Im just seeking attention. Also if they post how
    they use "Vulcan" its most likely just for show so you think they're doin their job right when they really arent!

  7. And Im willing to accept the truth whether it hurts or not, in fact I never said I didnt like the answers I just said that they were of no help and the people whom provided those answers spam me with the exact same stuff. And whenever a company talks good
    of themselves it purely is just for show so that they can reel in more customers, BUT! You should really be paying way more attention to consumer comments and statements about their REAL experiences with the system and company. Like they could explain how
    vulcan works and that they use it to prevent some things er whatever but if they say its what makes our piece of work unique then they're most likely reeling you in, if anyone else actually knows how it works and what he purpose was of it then take their word
    over the company's. And if "Vulcan" was supposed to be an improvement then its still in development because it didn't do much of anything, honestly I've never gotten a suspension on 360 BUT my behavior was absolutely poor and worse than now, in fact I barely
    play online at all and my behavior has improved a whole lot. I dont care if they issue a suspension that was due late because thats even worse that its not actually taken care of around the designated time but rather 10-15 months later. Like I said they may
    be a popular company but it doesnt mean they're a good one meaning they dont know how to do their jobs!

    It has nothing to do with anyone reading your post or not l

    You just don't accept the correct answer that she point

    If you are asking for exact reason then you will never ever get it

    It is the same rules as from xbox original days

    It probably just took this long to get reported

    Reports are filed when they are filed not before and can take weeks

    Vulcan has always been around nor do they give you any evidence because it's to protect the privacy and integrity of the network and is only shown in court

    Vulcan includes videoor audio or text of the incident

    Hence why people can flag an msg game play or voice chat or video chat

    It's not the answers that were wrong you just don't get how evidence works

    They don't care what you say because you don't know the exact reason why you were banned because it could've been from weeks or months sgo

    And they have no obligation to tell you who

    First retaliation it's is not allowed period

    However if it's rep enforcement has nothing to do with reputation

    You just don't understand the system and yes rep is only xbox one

    Not xbox 360 it is the community's opinion of you

    Not your opinion

    So bad behaviour is bad behaviour regardless of your opinion

    I've looked through pages and pages of My Discussions and I cannot find the conversation we had. I'm sorry, I don't recall what situation was, nor what information I shared.

    If I may, so I can improve my future responses to users in a similar situation, could you share the location of the conversation we had, as well as Daft's response?
