    Are you running into this issue trying to sign into your Ubisoft account in-game, or are you having trouble downloading the Ubisoft app? Are you getting an error message or error code? It might have been 'Pending' due to other updates taking place, if you
    hit the menu button while you have that download highlighted, do you have the option to force the download to start?
