I keep getting suspended when I'm not even connected.

Hi, as of late, I kept getting banned from sending messages/talking in parties and more when I'm not even connected. That's without mentionning that when I'm connected, I dont do anything wrong. This problem was seriously getting annoying but it got way
worse when I found out that I have been suspended for 2 weeks when I haven't even been on for nearly 2 days. Furthermore, I was suspended cause of harrassement when I've never harrassed someone on xbox and how could I possibly harrass someone when I'm banned
from sending messages and talking. It does't make any sense and its seriously taking a toll on my gaming experience here on xbox one. It makes me think that either the system is being abused by someone that doesnt like me or the system is simply flawed. I've
contacted an Xbox employee but he couldnt do anything for me since its the enforcement department that takes care of suspensions,etc. Please help me solve this misunderstanding.

I keep getting suspended

Okay in august I recieved a suspension and I was okay with that i deserved it but now for no reason xbox keeps renewing my suspension, so basically the suspension is still going when it should've ended in september. It is a garbage system and I bet other
people have it too, it makes me frustated and want to go sell my xbox and get a Ps4 instead, if anyone knows how to fix this mess PLEASE tell me

I keep getting suspended on xbox live I promise I have done nothing I do curse but I dont direct to anybody I'm nice to all my friends please help me I'm getting fausly reported please help I'm only 15 i come home to play it gets me mad when I get suspended
for no reason please unsuspend me ☺

It's a glitch that's been happening for over a year. I get it all the time. As long as you can sign in to play and there's nothing listed on the enforcement site, you're not actually suspended.

I'm just speaking from experience I've been suspended before and it wasnt even my fault it was my cousin when I was at work I didnt know he was playing soni changed my password put a passkey so you gotta know that to get in my profile I can understand
suspended someone for literally cussing out someone yeah but 7 days should be the longest they can suspend you not 14 that's dumb its getting to where I'm about to go to some I've been with xbox since the original xbox came out and never have left xbox but
this keeps up getting suspended when it's not your fault its dumb

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions, so no one else could suspend your son. They may be reporting him, but the enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they have determined a
person has done something to violate the code of conduct. Suspension length varies depending on the severity of the situation as well as any previous enforcement actions. So they do get longer the more suspensions are issued.

If you've already submitted a case review on the enforcement site, you would either need to wait for their response, or wait for the suspension to end if they upheld their decision. As it's only 10/21 the suspension would not have been lifted yet if it is
set to end on the 27th.
