I KEEP GETTING SUSPENDED FOR NO REASON HELP.

You don't get suspended for no reason.

Any report is thoroughly investigated before any enforcement action is issued.

The investigations take time so 99% of suspensions are issued for something that happened several weeks ago.

As the enforcement team don't use the forums you need to go to the enforcement site
here for info on your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

Enforcement websiteto resolve this.
If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website. Enforcement does review cases; however, if it is decided that the enforcement action will be upheld, then you must wait for the ban
or suspension to end before you'll be able to access certain aspects of Xbox Live or your profile. Side note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.

If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them. Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the
Code of Conductonly.

You would not be banned based on what your friend does unless he actually signs into your account (which is not allowed) and does something on your account to violate the code of conduct. Otherwise, the enforcement team investigates every complaint and will
only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct.

The questionnaire is meant to determine how well you know what is and what is not allowed on Live. If you're failing it, it's an indication that you need to review the code of conduct so you have a better understanding of what not to do and hopefully not
get suspended again.
