    Hello, I've looked into your question everything I've read said the loading screen does go away eventually. it may take a 5-10 minutes just make sure you check "remember password" so you don't have to deal with more loading screens. if the first option that
    doesn't work try restarting your xbox and let it boot up for a while before trying to sign in again.

    Same here, console was working fine last night with update installed, but since this morning keeps getting stuck at the black screen (after green loading)...tech support recommended the diagnostic tool, am also now stuck at about 75%...
