I keep getting signed out when trying to play GTA V online

Test your network connection:

1) Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2) Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.

3) Select Test network connection

Check this if you see any alerts: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

I got the GTA V it includes GTA v and GTA V online with criminal enterprise starter pack and I cant play GTA online idk what's going on with that do u have to get game pass for it.

the match making problem only happens to me when I go on gta V and signs me out when I'm on, that's why it dosnt give me the option to change to online

Please make sure that the Xbox Live Gold subscription is active on your account by following the steps below:

"Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions."

Once confirmed, for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Do you get any error message when opening GTA V or trying to play it online? If so, please tell me the exact message you receive.
