I keep getting signed out of my profile on the xbox one.

so, this has been happening for about a week on and off, my profile randomly signs me out and I get kicked back to game menu, which in this case lost me three hours of progress on fallout 4 survival. I'm ninety percent certain that it's not my internet connection
as my laptop doesn't get thrown off the network, even so, I should still be signed in, just not online. I've tried resetting the internet connection and restarting my console, but to no avail. the prolonged exposure to this is really starting to bug me, so
any help on this issue or even an explanation would be well received.

Am I being hacked?

I keep getting signed out of Xbox and it says my profile is online on another console its happened twice so far, no one has my information...

I also have this issue. It's very random when it kicks me out. Just like above if I'm playing a game it will kick me out causing me to lose any unsaved work. If I'm watching netflix it will pop down and go to a black screen until I hit the Xbox button on
my controller.

I found other posts with this issue but they were several years old

Sorry to hear about the issue. Let's try a couple things here.

First, if you haven't yet,
power cycle your Xbox One console and reset your home network (unplug your modem and router or gateway for at least 5 minutes) and then try again. If that doesn't work, you'll want to try

removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One, power cycling, and then trying again.

Give those a try and let us know if that works!

 

This seems to have worked. I think it was more re-downloading my profile than anything else, in any case, thanks for the quick and helpful response Miss Bijoux

I'm having a similar issue, though with mine, it started just recently. It kicks me out - with a message saying Bye Mike! followed by a message saying I was logged out via controller. But, I was in the middle of playing Forza 5 and I didn't do anything
to cause this, unless there's some fancy button combination I magically clicked. This all started after I did the latest update yesterday, on the main screen it kept almost reloading the main screen (I wasn't logged in yet), acting like I just turned it on
for the first time that day. It did this atleast 14 times in a 20 minute period. In this case I hadn't even logged in yet, I had to go do something else-so I turned it off. So advance to today, playing Forza and it happened twice. It loses connection to
the net, at points, other points just dumps me out of the game saying I logged out via controller, when I hadn't done anything except be racing along the track.

 

exactly the same problem with me currently. It keeps on signing me out and stops me from connecting to Xbox live even though I know my internet connection is fine.

 

Same with me, except as soon a i sign in it says "bye " without me getting to do anything

 

EDIT: Nm all i had to do was connect to the internet and then sign in

 

I tried all this.. also cleared my cache.. x 3.. no use..

 

Still nothing is working
