I keep getting signed out during gameplay

Hi,

I randomly keep getting signed out of my xbox profile while playing games, while playing i will randomly get a message pop up saying bye dale and this will cause me to jump out of whatever game im playing back to the title screen where i will have to sign
in again and will have lost all progress on the game.

Im playing on a xbox one x and usualy single player

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with getting signed out during gameplay.

I recommend taking a look at the following troubleshooting article: "My
Xbox One is getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live".

What type of connection are you using? (Wireless/Ethernet)

Try this and let us know the results.

Thanks for the reply, doing a power cycle does prevent it from happening short term, but after a couple of days the issue starts again.
