I Keep Getting My Ip Address Hacked Can Some One Please Help

Me And My friends Were In A Party And This Kid Named [Mod Removed] Joined The Party And Said If We Kept Talking He Would Boot Us Offline This Was Jan 31st 2014 And He continues To Do It On Feb 2nd 2014 He Said I Would Have To Pay Him A 12
Month Of Xbox Live Before He Quit I Decided To Block Him So He Made A Second Account Named
[Mod Removed] And Said That He Was Going To Hack My Account And Console Ban Me

wifi issues

So recently my xbox one has not been able to connect to my wifi network. It has before in the past and one day up and stopped working. I've called xbox customer support and went through troubleshoot steps with them but so far they have not helped. The wifi network shows up but whenever i try to test the network connection i get an error message that says 'cannot get an IP address'. I tried a wired connection and that works but i am not able to keep it wired all the time. If anyone might have a solution please help!

I seem to be unable to connect to the wired router though my Xbox i have changed the IP address ,that Xbox support have suggested, but that isn't working I also have a password for it and i have entered that correctly. I keep getting a error message
saying "Can't connect to your network hardware using a static IP address" please can someone help me?

File a complaint from your console to both of his accounts and then block communications. He probably ddos attacked you should call your Internet provider for a new ip address. You may want to set your account to private.

Also Don't Type Like This, It's Very Hard To Read. But by all means, please explain why you type like that, I've seen others do it and I never understood why.
