I keep getting logged out of my online account.... what gives?!

Ok im not exactly sure what could be going on.... but everytime I start or close any app or start or stop a game or movie my online account logs out for some strange reason. At first I was just dealing with it but it is becoming very tedious now, and I
don't know whats going on. This started happening after the latest security update I did... Hope this can be fixed asap....

Hi there,

Have you check your Live Connection specifically.

You can run the Live Connection Test at any time.

--Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

--Select Network Settings. can I’

--Select your wireless network name if you are prompted to do so.

--Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

-

If that comes up showing everything is fine, you could try clearing the console's cache. (support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache)

To clear the cache:

--Go to the Storage Menu

--Press ‘Y’ on a storage device (not the cloud)

--Select “Clear System Cache”

--Confirm with “Yes”

Redownload the profile onto the console using the "download profile" option at the console sign in screen.

After doing all that, restart the console.

Please do the following in order.

(1) I would like you to delete your Xbox profile The GrimAngel from your console. To Learn How To Download, move, or delete your Xbox LIVE profile Click

(2) Clear your Xbox 360 system cache To Learn How To clear your Xbox 360 system cache Click Here

(3) Attempt to download your profile back to your console,

When you delete your Xbox profile from your console clear your Xbox 360 system cache & attempt to download your profile back to your console, This should Fix the problem at hand, I`d also like to note that
you should Sign out of your Xbox Profile to be able to delete your profile.
