    After I log in to xbox.com instead of sending me back to the website i am instantly taken to the logout page without doing anything. It takes me to https://login.microsoftonline.com/consumers/oauth2/v2.0/logoutsession where it says "Hang on a moment while we sign you out." Essentially making it so i cant log in. I'm able to sign in to every other Microsoft based website including support.xbox.com its just xbox.com

    Let's make sure your account security information is updated:

    Sign in to your Microsoft account: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional

    Verify that your security information is correct and up to date (image), I also recommend turning on the 2-step verification.

    Then, please, try accessing the site using an alternative browser or enable your browser's InPrivate mode.

    To use InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and select "New InPrivate Window".

    You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard.

    Verify that your browser is not preventing a login pop-up from the Microsoft site.

    When a pop-up has been blocked, Edge will display the following image in your web browser's address bar.

    If that still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support.

    Then, follow these steps:

    Type in your query: "Agent"

    Click on Get Help.

    Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

    Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

    Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.

    Access the site using an alternative browser or enable your browser's incognito/InPrivate mode.

    Additionally, ensure that you clear your browser cache and cookies.

    If that still does not work, please, reset your connection:

    Press Windows Key + X > Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced Network Settings > Network Reset > Reset Now.

    Hi there,

    -

    Have you check your Live Connection specifically.

    You can run the Live Connection Test at any time.

    --Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

    --Select Network Settings. can I’

    --Select your wireless network name if you are prompted to do so.

    --Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

    -

    If that comes up showing everything is fine, you could try clearing the console's cache. (support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache)

    To clear the cache:

    --Go to the Storage Menu

    --Press ‘Y’ on a storage device (not the cloud)

    --Select “Clear System Cache”

    --Confirm with “Yes”

    -

    Redownload the profile onto the console using the "download profile" option at the console sign in screen.

    -

    After doing all that, restart the console.

    -
