    I keep getting kicked out of games on Xbox one


    i keep getting kicked out of games on my Xbox one, even though my Xbox is right next to the router and I’m using an Ethernet cable? It lags out for about 5 seconds, just enough to kick me out of a game and then it’s fine again for a few games, then happens
    again. Does anyone have any ideas?? I’ve spoke with virgin and they say my internet is fine. Could it be a problem with my actual Xbox? The Xbox is only around 3 month old??

    My profile gets disconnected during a game? Not on xbox live.

    Re download your profile without deleting your profile. That is what I did.

    Have you attempted to delete your profile, then clear the system cache, reboot, and re-download the profile from the LIVE servers? Many times drops like this occur due to profile corruption pending everything else checks out fine.

    Are you connected with an ethernet cable or wifi? Also do you use Xbox Live for gaming? If so, do you experience lag or get kicked from games often? Finally, what is your net speed up and down (www.speedtest.net)
