    I keep getting kicked off live


    I reset my router a million times. Every other wifi enabled product in my apartment is connected just fine except this xbox. Can you guys please give a solution that actually fixes this problem instead if blowing us off like we're stupid and don't know how
    to work the internet.

    This happens to me all the time. I delete my cache and have deleted my profile several times...You'd think that the xbox is advanced enough to not even have to delete the cache, can they make a product that just works?

    Hey there, more information will be needed before a solution can be given, when are you getting kicked off live? Is it when you start a game or app, or when switching between them?

    Also does it throw up any kind of error message or code that can help us narrow the problem? What does it say when you run the network test:
