I keep getting kicked from Xbox Live.
If you have the router in your room are you able to try a wired connection?

If you do that and it still drops every 30 minutes try doing a direct connection from the modem to the Xbox. I know this isn't ideal as others in the house won't be able to access the internet while you do this but this will tell us for sure what is going
on.
