I keep getting kicked from my online games and sometimes off of live after just a short period ...

I have 2 xbox 360's...both are having the same problem. We cleared the cache, redownload profiles...same problem. We contacted someone from the support team.. nothing they have suggested worked. We even crashed a 4 month old router trying to fix the problem
even though our Internet reads that is fast and the connection is strong. Any other ideas?? Getting really frustrated paying all this money for live and for games that we can't play. The problem has been going on for at least 2 months now. Help...please!!

Unable to connect to xbox live

Have been unable to connect to xbox live. I can for short periods of time but keep getting kicked off. All other wireless connections are working in the house. We have tried most of the things microsoft listed and it is still not working. Any suggestions

Continuously repeatedly getting kicked off live

I keep getting kicked off of xbox live. sometimes it's a few minutes and sometimes its seconds before im kicked off after i reconnect. other times it simply won't let me reconnect. i have verizon DSL internet with a Westell Model 7500 router with the ports
open for Live. My xbox is hard wired to the router. i called verizon and they said there is nothing wrong with my internet.

can anyone help me?

Having 2 or more Xbox 360s on the same network can cause problems since each system is trying to use the same ports. You could try putting one Xbox in DMZ and see if that works.

I have multiple boxes in the house and when they are signed online together, one or more gets kicked off and we have to keep resetting the modem just to get back online. This began after the update.

keep getting kicked from multiplayer lobbies mid game and it will say "disconnected from call of duty black ops 3 servers" I know its not for inactivity because i am playing while it happens. My nat type is open and i have 22 ms 50 download and 7 upload
i have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling but it still does it and i have tried resetting my Xbox but still nothing. Sometimes i will be kicked off Xbox live and other times just out of the games.

There can be some server problems sometimes. But it should resolve itself after a short while.

If it's been happening for an extended period of time, please check if your Xbox Live Gold subscription is still valid. You need a Gold subscription to play online.

Sorry, that came off a little angry, I apologize. It's just really frustrating. I was in the middle of a Happy Wars game and got kicked off. How am I supposed to play Halo4 or CoD Black Ops II online if my Xbox keeps getting kicked from the N Network Router
because of a known Microsoft Defect?
