I keep getting error saying that icant send messages

Discus and support I keep getting error saying that icant send messages in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i cant send any messages from my console or smartglass on my laptop. but my unupdated smartglass app on my phone works. its not my console either...     I keep getting error saying that icant send messages


    i cant send any messages from my console or smartglass on my laptop. but my unupdated smartglass app on my phone works. its not my console either because my other acc. on my console work fine. it says go to Why Can’t I Send Messages from Xbox One or Xbox App?
    but i did everything on there and nothing worked. ive also contacted microsoft 4 times and nothing they do seems to help anyone know a fix? please help ):

    i dont understand why icant send message's I HAVE NVEVER DONW ANYTHING WRONG

    im just not hppy because icant send messages and i have done nothing wrong

    Same thing happens to me, but I live in the U.S. and it only started happening a few weeks ago. I barely send messages and when I do send one I get an error saying "Error message could not be sent" Eventually If I keep clicking it; the message is eventually
    sent. I doubt it is my network. I deleted my profile yesterday and it stopped for awhile then started again.
