Discus and support I keep getting error code 0x00000001 for my Xbox app on PC. in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I have a game pass ultimate and I wanted to download and play overcooked 2.     I keep getting error code 0x00000001 for my Xbox app on PC.


    I have a game pass ultimate and I wanted to download and play overcooked 2. I keep getting this error and yes, all my apps and windows is up-to-date. Yes I've tried reinstalling the Xbox PC app. Yes I've restarted my PC. I dont know what else I could do. Is there a support chat? I cant exactly do phone calls.

    I'm having the same exact issue. Every game I try to download gives me "Error code: 0x00000001". I've made sure both the app and my PC are up to date.

    Doom eternal has broken my game pass

    I have gone through the steps, and rebooted my pc a few times, at one point I thought it worked since doom did not appear in the Microsoft store of xbox app, but after I tried to install a game to see if it worked Doom came back and stopped the install.

    I can't get the game to download at all with the app. I get an error immediately after "Preparing 0%" and the code is 0x00000001.

    I've already removed and reinstalled the gaming services app package through powershell, and my OS is up to date.

    Technically, literally unplayable.
