I keep getting disconnected from Xbox Live on 360

Hello, Can anyone help me resolve my connection issues with my xbox 360?

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix it all? Please, I have tried so many things like..

Resetting my router x2

Clearing my cache and redownloaded my profile x3

Changed my router settings and lowered my firewall security x3

Tried different ports on my router x4

Everytime I try to play a game look COD: Ghosts it takes a long time to connect but when it finally does it just freezes when I select find match and disconnects me. Or when i play locally I message pops up and says "Disconnected from xbox live" It is starting
to get annoying, it's been like this for a week now.

I am having the same issue, with all current COD games, BO2, Ghosts and AW. Its only happening when I see a lot of latency then poof, xbox live account not valid. I just login again. Of course, it right in the middle of a GOOD game, not the poor ones. So
far three times today, in the last 2 hours or so.

 

The error I am getting is "xbox live status has changed" then it kicks me out of the current game, which is COD:BO2 currently.

 

The same is basically happening to me with every single COD (even the old ones) and other games. I guess it has something to do with port blockage, so I have to contact my ISP to unblock them. Sometimes the xbox live website won't even load correctly. This
started happening when I got a new modem.

 

These ports have to be open for xbox live:

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

 

And these:

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

 

Didn't work, does anyone else have any suggestions please. Why is this even happening I should have bought the PS4 instead....

 

Hey there, Dizzy! I'm very sorry to see you are having connection issues. Do you happen to have a Technicolor TC8305C gateway from Comcast? This will help us narrow down the issue.

 

The exact same router as my friend, even the same speed (60 mpbs download 10 mpbs) But he was experience some disconnection issues but it was later resolved... The older modem that I had worked fine with my old speed which was 30 mpbs download and about
5 mpbs upload. So the new one should be better but it's not.

 

I contacted my ISP and they changed my modem settings. I can connect fine with Wi-Fi but now with Ethernet... it disconnects with my ethernet cable...? Why?

 

Not with ethernet I meant, but with Wi-fi it seems to connect fine. Is it possible to have good connection on ethernet? I disconnect when I use it now for some reason.

this device you have. You can set your firewall to low or disable it to help alleviate this issue. If that doesn't work, please reach out the Comcast for further troubleshooting. Some other users with this same device were able to stay connected successfully
by setting their gateway to "bridge mode"; they connected their Xbox wired or hooked up their own router to alleviate this issue. Comcast should be able to help you set this option up.
