I keep getting disconnected from Party Chat as of late

Discus and support I keep getting disconnected from Party Chat as of late in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; For the past few days I've had issues staying in party chat.     I keep getting disconnected from Party Chat as of late


    For the past few days I've had issues staying in party chat. It's been of mix of party members or just myself being disconnected or stuck "connecting" in party. When I've disconnected sometimes it has issues signing into my account and or Xbox live. The
    temporary fix is to clear my alternate mac address on my Xbox until one of these things happen again.(The sign in issue is less common)

    I've checked my connection and NAT type and they say nothing is wrong right after. my Upload and download speeds are normal and for when I've been on. (11-12 Upload, 36-40+Download, 14-16 ping)

    When i look at the party menu I've gotten the following error codes 0x80072efd, 0x800c005, 0x807a1007, 0x8931807. Possibly a few others that i wasn't able to record. They seem semi random.

    At one point when I opened up the Xbox menu i had gotten the link for Xbox.com/Xboxone/teredo

    These are all the details i can think of at the moment. sorry if the formatting is bad, I don't post much.

    this error message is preventing me from talking in party and game chats. I keep getting disconnected

    Xbox live parties laggy constant disconect from live, anyone else?

    I keep getting disconnected from live and the party and game chat is just laggy as hell. I can hear everyone fine but people say I am laggy. But this never happens?? Anyone else experiencing difficulties?

    Restart your houter shoud fix it.
    Unfortunately that didn't work.

    For some reason this problem only arises on GTA Online.

    Ive been playing PUBG for half an hour with different friends and i havent been disconnected at all.

    I switched games . Im playing PUBG right now and i rejoined the party. Zero issues.

    The issue seems to only happen if im playing grand theft auto online , so is it the game or my xbox or my internet?

    Sounds like you may have n.a.t. issues, related to port forwarding.

    Ports required for Xbox live are....

    • Port 88 (UDP)
    • Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 80 (TCP)
    • Port 500 (UDP)
    • Port 3544 (UDP)
    • Port 4500 (UDP)

    Other games and services may require other ports, and this info too can be found at the port forward website above

    Try hard resetting your console by pressing and holding the power button for about 10 seconds. You should also check your internet connection.
