    I keep getting charged for some reason


    Hi,

    so i bought xbox game pass ultimate in june, for 1€. After one month i had to renew my subscription, but at the time i didn't have enough money to pay for it, so turns out it was past due. Anyway, i put some money in my card thinking it won't charge my automatically
    and i had to do it myself, turns out they charged 12,99€ and even better i couldn't even play xbox game pass games. I contacted microsoft support and they said they didn't charge me. Anyways i wanted to say that i canceled the susbscription and somehow got
    charged two more times. Maybe anyone knows how to get a refund? Because support doesn't even help and i just lost like 40€ for no reason. Thanks.

    When it comes to the charge, it has to do with Microsoft being in compliance with COPPA.

    If for some reason you keep on getting looped in on the charge, call support.

    Hi! Try calling Microsoft and asking them the email where your card is being charged, like DeanJay said, someone could have got your card info without even needing to take it away from you (this happens often to be honest).

    Go to account.microsoft.com go to "Payment & Billing" and click "Order History", are the purchases being made shown there? if so and they aren't you, i recommend changing your account password, and removing payment options that may be tied to your account.

    If there is nothing in your Order History, someone very well may have your card details, in this case contact your bank and dispute the transactions and have your card re-issued with a new number.
