    I keep getting charged for an xbox live account that I didn't create...


    Can someone from support help me?

    I keep getting charged for an xbox live account that I didn't create. I haven't played an xbox in about 4 years. Then when I try to contact support I cannot because it requires me to enter a name, but greys out the box for me to enter this type of information.
    Look at the pic to see what I'm talking about. It won't enter information to connect to support.

    I think I have had my account stolen because I never signed up for xbox live nor have played it in years. Can you please let me know what number I can call or how I can talk to a real person online about this.

    Account being charged even though it was closed

    I keep getting charged monthly for xbox live to a closed account. I do not know how to stop the subscription when i can not even access the account. How does one go about that... I do not even own an xbox one anymore. I had to create this account to post

    HELP PLEASE

    Help me please. I am 22 years old. Back when I was 15 my father used his email and such to create and link my old Xbox 360 gamertag. I have all the old info that I need. I'm still getting charged for this Xbox Live subscription but I can't find the Microsoft
    Account linked to that Xbox Live Gamertag! I would like to recover it if possible.

    When I created my Microsoft account it didn't link to my Xbox Live account and it created a new one. How can I get rid of this new xbox account and link my old one?

    The Microsoft account is also an Xbox account.

    If you want to create a new Xbox account, it's only possible to create a new Microsoft account.
