I keep getting booted offline

Why do you guys ban people for dumb things but when it comes to something where they NEED to be ban you guys do nothing EVERY time you guys tell me to post here nothing happens the same person has been booting me off almost everyday for months I have contacted
you guys multiple times and you guys do nothing about it I should have to contact my network provider you guys should do your jobs I get ban for being in an mw2 nodded lobby but this guy has been booting me offline for MONTHS I'm really getting tired of this
I've already filed complaints so don't say to do that either and don't say your gonna investigate it either cause I've heard that before also..

I keep getting booted offline by someone

I was in my party, talking to a friend when another "friend" joined who is a modder/hacker. Anyways, I kicked him because I was talking to my first friend in private.

Then he joins back and says:You're going offline drag, want to kick me again?

I kicked him again because I was talking to my friend in private, then next thing I know.. Bam, disconnected from xbox live for two hours.

When I finally get online and get in a party, he says want to talk crap(curse word)? Then I get disconnected for two more hours.

This guy is really pissing me off not only because he cheats all the time but he messes with my internet so I can't do anything electronic wise at home but watch TV.

If this gets to the XBLPET, I talked to him awhile ago and he tried talking his way out when I said I emailed XBLPET about it.

Check my messages if possible(talking to XBLPET still).

His gamertag is [MOD EDIT] I am going to be calling tomorrow to see what I can do.

Hey mate, you've done the right thing by reporting them, that's as much as you can on the Xbox side of things, really contacting you ISP is the best thing to do, please see at the link for more information:

Another thing you should do is submit a negative player review so that you dont get in any more games with the player and like digital said your ISP can change your ip address i would do that as soon as possable.

 

People have sometimes used off-Xbox software to get the IP address of that gamertag and boot it off Xbox Live, only Xbox Live enforcement team can do that if they suspect the gamertag is breaking the rules. Others are not allowed so they use software so
they can ban users without reporting them to the Xbox Live enforcement team. If you have been booted report the person that did it to the ISP as it can constitute DOS attacks which by the way is illegal.
