I keep getting booted off of xbox live

There is this guy he use to be my friend and a couple days ago he said he was gunna boot me offline and he did, so I got back on and he just booted me again and later I got on he said he was sorry but now he just keeps booting me he thinks it's funny and
after 10 minutes of being online he does it again he's been doing it for a few days.. And he keeps laughing at me and joins my partys. I tried to contact an xbox agent over the chat and I was using my wifi (mex) was the agents name and I just disconnected
cause he booted my internet off so now I'm posting this using 4g. He boots me like 5 times a day.

Honestly man the entire east coast just got hit by Hurricane Sandy. I'd expect your internet to be inconsistent for the next 4 or 5 months. So many people are without power and ISP's were not uneffected by this. The storm caused billions of dollars in
damage. Nothing on your end looks wrong but I'm sure Road Runner lost a bunch of equipment and lining, so my advice is to just sit tight for now and let them recover.

the google dns worked for me so far. I will give it a while and see what happens. thanks for being patient will all of us

 

You will need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate and take care of him over Live. But you will need to contact your ISP so they can help you stay connected.
