FTC finds YouTube network guilty of deceptive Xbox One advertising

This sort of thing seems to be going on in forums too.

For example, in IGN forums, you can get banned for saying negative things about PS4 and XboxOne. (no, you really can)

Also, such negative comments on the new machines tend to disappear faster than snow in july.

This makes me wonder if IGN has not done same sort of deal with Sony and MS: keep negative comments on the new machines to minimum, and the money keeps flowing in.

IGN articles bans me for blaming things on gingers, saying I'm being racist (gingers are a race now???). They also ban me for posting people's profile pics in response to their comments. I wouldn't put too much weight on Disqus banning, the mods their are just ban happy, I much prefer the forum mods, Disqus ones are nazis.

This should definitely be reported. Yes, you should take steps to protect yourself, like getting a new IP address and setting up a new user account, but report the activity to Microsoft. It will most likely result in a ban for this member, which he can set up a new account with a new name and IP, but maybe you can block him? If you find out how to block him, then you can just keep blocking every time they send you something. If hes just sending you messages just delete, report and ignore.

This forum is intended for support issues, that's likely the reason for your messages being deleted here. There is a backwards compatibility forum you could try, it would be more appropriate to post a question about this there.

As for the article, Skate 3 has been announced as coming soon to Backwards Compatibility, but no specific date for its release has been announced. Titles are being added as they are ready, so keep an eye out for it in the coming weeks/months.

EA_Nils is a general EA Community Manager, not a CM for SKATE which is why they don't know any information about it.

In fact, EA Black Box the developer of the game doesn't exist anymore. So the work to make it backwards compatible is probably being handled by Microsoft and they are working on bigger more popular games as well like Red Dead Redemption.

Why does my comment keep getting deleted?

It's not your sons fault. Xbox enforcement page is down Support is down. Xbox is issuing permanent suspensions for no reason.

It is a 2nd ban for the same exact message, which I was told by Xbox Support on twitter to try contacting an enforcement team member here. There is literally no way to contact them. I have never had a ban in my life on xbox and now I've had 2 24-hour bans
for the same exact message, which was DELETED BY XBOX the first ban which was a few days ago. This is just me trying anything I can to reach out to xbox enforcement because there's literally no way possible to contact them and I'm afraid this ban is going
to keep happening.
