I keep getting error code 800 something..... anyone else getting error codes? (and yes I have xbox live)

My 3 month xbox gold live keep getting error

I keep getting error codes when typing in my prepaid gold live code.

Hi,

It looks like your network has something to do with the error message that you are getting. We would suggest that you reboot your router then perform a clean boot to help eliminate software conflicts,
