i keep getting an error code POLANA

If you get the error code POLANA, it is very simple to fix. You do not need to unplug your router or anything like that.You will need to exit out of the game completely, go to settings, all settings, power and start up, if you have it on instant on then
turn it to energy saving, press b, go to turn off or restart, it should be right next to power and startup mode in power and startup settings, select it then do full shutdown and fully shut down your xbox. Then turn it back on, go into IW and start up zombies
and it should work.

Method 1. Power Cycle your Xbox One console.

You can reset, perform a full power cycle, or physically disconnect your Xbox One console to reboot it completely and fix many common issues. This process does not erase any of your games or data.

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Turn Xbox off--> unplug brick/PSU-- wait 1 minute--> Plug brick/PSU back in---Turn
Xbox on--> Sign into your account(console)--> When you get to main menu sign out of your account(COD IW)-->Go to multiplayer---> If message pops asking you to sign in--Sign in to your account --->Go to bottom and click on store. The update should start afterwards.
After update ask the cx to restart the console and try to launch the game again.
