    I keep getting a 0x87dd01 error code, what's that?


    I keep getting kicked off or lag and a 0x87dd01 error code comes up repeatedly, I went to the error report site as instructed and it's not even recognized under the search. frustrating as hell. Please help.

    I've restarted the Xbox, signed and out and signed in...and I keep getting this same error code on all games. Is this a Microsoft problem? If so, what's the fix?

    Hi,

    It looks like your network has something to do with the error message that you are getting. We would suggest that you reboot your router then perform a clean boot to help eliminate software conflicts,

    What is with these none existent error codes I keep getting

    This was likely due to a service alert that was up effecting the ability to play downloaded games and apps. You should be able to use them now that the alert has lifted. If you continue to have this problem please post back.
