I keep disconnecting from games

For the past week and a half or so, I've been constantly disconnecting from games on Xbox One. My connection will be fine but every 5-10 minutes, I'll disconnect from whatever game I'm playing. Due to this, I can't do anything with my friends without lagging
out. My NAT type is strict and my ISP is Centurylink. I've tried resetting my router(didn't do anything), and I've tried clearing my system cache, redownloading my profile, and unplugging my xbox from the wall for a few minutes. The last one fixed it for about
30-45 minutes then it just went back to disconnecting every 5-10 minutes. How can I fix this?

Seems you are having issues with your NAT type. A strict NAT will cause you all sorts of issues with multiplayer gaming. Check the steps in this support page for an eventual solution:

That's a router issue , if you wireless , try wired, or visa versa.....list the modem and router you are using , some don't play well with xbox one...
