I keep being prompted to add security proofs?

Every time I sign in on my Xbox 360, it keeps bringing up that security proof dialogue.

I've already linked one phone number to my account.

But I guess thats not enough.

Every time I sign in it says "Numbers already linked to this account: (My phone number)"

But then it says "can you get messages here?"

I choose yes.

Then it tries tries to make me add another verification

"Add email address."

"Set up text messaging"

"Set up phone call"

Why do I keep getting this message when I already have texting set up as a proof?

Its kind of annoying, especially since I can't even exit out of the dialogue or else it just signs me out.

I've redownloaded my profile, and cleared the cache dozens of times.

Actually, I already did the security proof once from Microsoft, but it keep saying to add security on Xbox 360 last time. Why is it so important to add security proof on Xbox 360?

Can you add a second phone number and/or a second email address?

The more "proofs" you add the better/safer your account will be.
