    Hello guys,

    like the title states I just wanted to cancel my subscription and not refund it (xBox Gamepass for windows).

    I bought the game i liked the most and iam still playing.

    The new PoE (Path of exile) season starts soon, so i dont need the pass for some months.

    Now i feel very bad because microsoft refunded me the money for the subscription and that was not my intention.

    i'm not the type of person who uses a service and then wants a refund.

    Is there a way to undo this or will Bill Gates hate me forever?

    There's no way to cancel the refund. No one from Microsoft will hate you for it.

    Hi there,

    When canceling a subscription there is an option for canceling the subscription and allowing it to run out at the subscription period, or receive a refund (if one is available).

    When wanting to turn off autorenewal you just turn it off that lets it go to expiry

    Just go into settings and then from there. Oh, and. Cena Go to my subscriptions online and. Cancel them and switch them over to a one time payment.
