I just want to talk to support about my account BAN

I recently got banned on my account for communication for sending random letters to some friends and got banned and now i got banned again while i was already banned for harassment and abuse, threats and I HAVE NO IDEA WHY PLEASE HELP ME i just want to know
why and neither of the bans were justified at all and i want to know WHY please someone respond and help me

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

 

Disputing charges?

Speak with MS support first and if nothing comes of it just do it through your CC company. I've disputed a charge before and MS refunded me within a couple of days.

i tried to do that and told them that they were random letters and they didnt care and now they banned my account from online multiplayer and now my account is fully useless for the next 2 weeks WHAT DO I DO

 

That is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. You'd have to wait it out.

From what you are describing it sounds like you were initially banned for harassment. If someone reported you, even though you meant it as a joke it can lead to a suspension.

Harassment encompasses a number of situations, including, but not limited to: Abuse of the Xbox Live chat or messaging systems.

Sending a bunch of garbage/random text or letters can be considered abuse.

If you engage in harassment towards other users, you could receive communications suspensions or temporary account suspensions. Especially bad or repeated violations may lead to additional action, including permanent account suspensions or device bans.

Trolling includes any attempt to intentionally provoke or manipulate other players, usually to disrupt their gaming experience or cause an emotional response. Regardless of the reason behind the trolling, it is always considered harassment. Even if the intent
is to provide entertainment or get people to laugh, it’s still at the expense of other Xbox Live players, and that is not acceptable.

Harassment refers to any abusive, threatening, or bullying behavior by one person towards another. Though it includes a wide-range of offensive behavior and communication, all forms of harassment have the common purpose of disrupting the gaming experience
for other Xbox Live players. Harassment violates the Microsoft Services Agreement and Code of Conduct, and the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team is strictly opposed to harassment in all forms.
