I just want to make the kids smile

ok its kind of strange but my problem is, like many others, is that i want an xbox one, i have a xbox 360, and cant afford the xbox one s by any means lol but more so my interest is in being able to or given the opportunity to give them away to kids
all over the world, well as much and as far as i can. its like everywhere you look someone is trying to give one away and there are more kids wanting one then people giving them away

Just to make sure I understand the situation:

1. You have two gamertags currently which we'll call "Smile 1" and "Smile 2".
2. You'd like to change the gamertag "Smile 1" to "Smile 3" so that you can then change the gamertag "Smile 2" to "Smile 1"?
   
3. Basically you want your 2nd gamertag to be on your 1st account?

If I'm understanding that correctly, then yes you can do that. =)

You'll need to pay the 800 Microsoft Points to change the gamertag you want to a brand new gamertag. At that point, the gamertag you want will become available and you can change your 2nd gamertag to the desired gamertag by paying another 800 Microsoft Points.
Sometimes it takes a day or two for the gamertag to become "available" so you may need to try a few times. But it should work for you no worries. ^_^
