    I just want to buy a new game.


    over the last few days I have been trying to purchase Magic 2015. I have been met with the reply that my xbox live billing account has been locked. I'm sure I am not the only one. I have also been told that my account is not locked and the problem is on
    their end. So what is the issue, what is being done to fix or prevent a repeat of the issue and lastly what is a realistic time frame for a fix? I am sick of all the generic "never really tell you anything answers" support gives out. (Its my first post on
    a public forum so sorry if it seems like a rant. I would just like an honest answer even if the answer is "man we don't know what happened")

    Only phone support can deal with billing issues.

    There is no service alert to indicate the problem is at their end, and if it was a general problem this forum would be full of similar threads.

    Trading, borrowing and selling games....

    I will sell or trade a game in if i've finished it and didnt really enjoy it enough to want to keep it.

    I dont usually buy used games though, I just prefer to buy my games new. Just a personal choice.
