    As long as you do not delete them you still have them but if yo do delete them you will have to buy them again.

    You can log into enforcement.xbox.com to view your ban and file a case review if eligible. The enforcement team does not use these forums.

    If you received a permanent account ban you have forfeited any content or subscriptions connected with that account.

    I am sorry that you have not been able to play your game. The problem here is that you may not be able to play Xbox live Gold games if 1) there is no subscription and 2) if there is no payment option in place. If you have an Xbox 360 you could get access
    to all the games you purchased. If you have an Xbox one then unfortunately the features do not permit this. You can find out more information on the features here: What
