i just wanna know

how many f'en emails do i need to make just to play my f'en xbox?????????? every f'en day you lock it saying im a bot which i am not. you already stole my 6 month gold pass i got for xmas. how about i just give you my xbox i got for xmas also. im turning
you into the better business bereau cause this is utter BS. i just want to play my f'en xbox.

i now have 5 microsoft, 3 gmail and 1 yahoo account locked and i cant unlock any of them at all cause i dont own a f'en phone. i found a way to bypass needing a phone by making a 2nd email account when i didnt even want the 1st 1 but that only sent me back
to the same form to fill out over n over which included my xbox # till the form said i did it to many times and the account remains locked.

my sister has been playing the same machine no problem since the 25th and now today her accounts also locked. you are not being fair at all. but hey i might be a bot right??? coming from the same people that forced me to try using that useless online support
bot when i kept demanding a live actual person since that useless bot only went to dead ends. only work around i have found is just make a new email everytime i play now cause as soon as i turn the xbox off my accounts locked. thanks again for the worst service
ever. extremely frustrated to the point of just trading it for a playstation.
