i just subscribed to XBOX LIVE GOLD MEMBERSHIP 1 month trial. On Pc in my microsft account i can see my subscription but not on console.

Free 1 month subscription but cannot download games

Hi,

I subscribed to the trial 1 month Live Gold subscription. The transaction was confirmed and I see it in my Microsoft Account.

But I'm not able to download games. All the free live games of this month have a value associated and I can't use my trial subscription.

Can anyone help, please?

gold live trial - does not show on console

Hello,

Today I obtained one month gold trial via web-site.

On microsoft account page in Services & Subscription I can see the Xbox Live subscription:

Xbox Live - subscription Xbox Live Gold - renews on 1/11/2016

But on my xbox one console, when I check account -> subscriptions -> I cannot see it - I just see "learn about Xbox live gold" and I can just purchase 1,6,12 months memberships.

I also cannot get current Gold games for free.

On console, I have only one account, and the console is set to home console, location is "Slovakia"

When you claim the free trial month with gold from your console it doesn't appears for the trial membership doesn't offers all the perks of a paid gold membership.

Are you still having trouble playing online? If you haven't already please try power cycling your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One powers off and then try starting it back up to see if there's any change. Let
us know how it goes.

Does the one month membership from a card count for the Games for Gold programme? I don't see the games as free even though I just loaded 1 month membership and there is no "trial" word in my membershipments on Xbox and on PC, but I have other gold functionalities
and a gold ribbon.
