I just Redeem Black ops 4 from my friend and i can't see (is it because of my age?)

I had been asking for this for a while and my friend got it for me. i redeem it on the xbox app and than it didn't appear in apps i have trying login in and out, restarting my computer and nothing has work. But if i try and look up Black ops 4 on the xbox app it comes up with "Due to your age, search results may be filtered."

I am going to try and test another copy of black ops 2 from my friend, just to make sure it's not just because my slim can't read a certain black ops 2 disc.

my emblem for black ops on mw3. where you can see your prestige emblem from cod 4. world at war. mw2. black ops? my emblem is 14th prestige for black ops. the red skull one. so i prestiged to 15th in black ops then went on mw3 my emblem has never changed.
its still 14th. i want it to be 15th. why isnt it changing

I play black ops because its fun with friends and it has wager matches other then that its not that great, I still prefer left 4 dead and halo over black ops
