    I just really need help


    So I just got back on my xbox one today and So I went to play minecraft and I go to my games and apps and I press it and then see an exlemation mark on the minecraft thing were you press to play and whenever I press the game it says it has to update but never actually updates.. I have xbox live and everything. I also got minecraft included with my xbox one too so I'm really confused on what's going on

    Hey there. For issues that you experience while in the preview program, you'll want to post here:

    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

    A possible solution for your issue though is holding down the Xbox logo for about 10 seconds until the console shuts down, then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.

    Just wanted to make sure you left it unplugged for a while. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to clear everything. You will have to be given access to the preview forums by a member of official support after they verify your membership to the program.

    The next thing I would try, is with the console off, hold the Xbox and eject buttons until it turns on. This will boot it into low resolution mode that sometimes fixes display issues.
