Hi! Since i find this very disturbing, but still accepted with a game of yours just released. I would like some kind of compensation in game of sea of thieves. I got kicked from the game unavaible to join again due to the game pass
expire, and i just had it after that i got kicked, and we had played for 2 hours gathering chests and materials to sell and get rich. Im so frustrated, please do something about this. I should of been able to rejoin the game or something.. Good regards, Felix!

Can't login to Xbox Live on Windows 10

Hello,

Got the trial of the game pass on my pc so i could play Sea of Thieves, waited hours for it to download, and when i try to play it it is unable to connect to xbox live, can anyone help?

I just barely got my Xbox Game Pass to play Sea of Thieves for free, but after I got the pass it will not let me install the game. The only option it gives me is to buy the game. Please help

For the past 5 hours. I do have the game on my Xbox as well as game pass and everything. Sea of Thieves just installed and it works perfectly.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. Before I try to assist, I do have a few questions.

1) Are you playing Sea of Thieves on PC or Xbox?
2) When you previously played Sea of Thieves, was that also through Game Pass? Or was it purchased elsewhere?

3) When you originally played Sea of Thieves, was it through the same Gamertag that is now an active Game Pass subscriber?

Before we look further into this situation, do you mind telling me if you had the Game Pass on your Xbox at the time in which you could play Sea of Thieves? I believe that you may not be able to play Sea of Thieves because it is a Game Pass exclusive game,
so you would need to have the Game Pass in order to access Sea of Thieves. I also recieved the game when I purchased my Xbox, however it would only stay on my console as long as I continued my subscription with Game Pass.
